1. Check-in and Check-out: Please adhere to our check-in and check-out times. Check-in after 3:00 PM Checkout before 11:00 AM If you require any adjustments, kindly communicate with us in advance.
2. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so in the outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
3. Pets: Unless otherwise specified, pets are not allowed on the premises. Please respect this rule to ensure the comfort of all guests.
4. Noise and Respectful Behavior: We kindly request that you keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours. Be considerate of the neighbors and maintain a respectful and peaceful environment.
5. Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests staying overnight should not exceed the maximum occupancy of 4 persons. If you plan to have additional visitors, please inform us in advance.
6. Parties and Events: Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the host. Please respect the residential nature of the property and its surroundings.
7. Security and Safety: Please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property. The host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or accidents that occur during your stay.
8. Child Safety: Our villas are not suitable for children under the age of 7. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. Using glasses in the pool area is strictly forbidden for safety reasons.
9. Damages and Breakages: Any damages or breakages to the property, furnishings, or amenities caused by guests must be reported immediately and will be subject to reimbursement. Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages. No bathroom towels are to be removed from the property (i.e. for beach use). Separate beach towels are provided for this purpose.
10. Cleanliness: We strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Kindly leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Excessive cleaning required may incur in an additional fee.
11. Respect for Property: Please treat the property and its contents with care and respect. Any missing items or property damage will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in additional charges.
12. Local Laws and Regulations: Guests are expected to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, noise restrictions, waste disposal guidelines, and any other rules set forth by local authorities.

By booking and staying at our property, you agree to abide by these house rules. Failure to comply may result in penalties, including termination of the reservation and/or additional charges.
